Find a PrintAisle printer
Look for the green PrintAisle sign, usually near the entrance or the registers. Every printer has its own QR code. You can also see where the printers are.
-
Scan the code with your phone's camera
PrintAisle opens in your browser and shows that printer's prices and whether it's ready. The first time, create an account with your email and a password. After that, you stay signed in.

Shopper FAQ
Do I need to download an app?
No. PrintAisle runs in your phone's browser. Add it to your home screen if you like.
Who can see my documents?
Only you. Store staff can't open them. Files are deleted 30 minutes after printing, or after 24 hours if you never print them. Your card details go only to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see them.
What if the printer jams or runs out of paper?
The money for that print goes back to your balance automatically. If a printer is offline, it won't take your order at all, so you're never charged for something that can't print.
Can I upload at home and print later?
Yes. Upload from your account, then tap Print and choose the printer you're standing at. Documents wait for 24 hours.
Can I print double-sided or in color?
On printers that support it, yes. The options on your phone only show what that printer can do.
How do I get my balance back?
Go to Balance → Refund to my card. The money goes back to the card you paid with and usually shows up within 5–10 days.
