Terms of service

PrintAisle is operated by HaPo Tech LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or printing with PrintAisle, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need an account to print. Keep your password private. You're responsible for prints made from your account.

Your balance

• Money you add is prepaid credit for printing at PrintAisle printers. It doesn't expire.
• You can refund unused balance that came from a card back to that card from the Balance page, within 180 days of adding it.
• Credit a store gives you can't be refunded to a card.
• If you delete your account, we refund what we can to your card first.

Prints

• The price per page is shown before you print and is set by each store.
• If a print fails, or the printer goes offline before printing your document, the money goes back to your balance automatically.
• If pages come out wrong, contact us and we'll make it right.

What you print

Only print documents you have the right to print. Don't use PrintAisle for anything illegal, or to print material that infringes someone else's rights.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you before they take effect.
